On Friday, April 12, 2024, the Class of 2025 gathered to receive their class rings in a cherished tradition at Norwich University. The event was a culmination of the dedicated efforts of the Civilian Ring Committees, who worked tirelessly throughout the year to organize this momentous occasion.
As the outgoing class basks in the glory of their achievement, attention now turns to the class of 2026. Crystal Drown, assistant director of student activities, had the honor of announcing the newly appointed Civilian Ring Committee members for the next academic year.
“It is with great pleasure that I get to announce the Civilian Ring Committee for the class of 2026,” Drown said. “There were many applications this year, and it was not easy to select the candidates, as all who applied offered many talents to the committee. After weeks of review, I am happy to announce, on behalf of the Dean of Students office, the following members for the class of 2026 Ring Committee.”
The Civilian Ring Committee for the Class of 2026 comprises:
- Hector A. Aponte
- Brett J. Carlson
- Spencer S. Rada
- Andrii Shadrin

Norwich community extends its warmest congratulations to the newly appointed committee members and wishes them success in their endeavors to create a memorable ring ceremony for their fellow classmates.
