From the quaint town of Dover, New Hampshire, Kasie Grondin has found her professional home at Norwich University, where she has dedicated the past four years to ensuring the seamless operation of the campus mailroom. Initially joining as an assistant in February 2020, Grondin swiftly rose through the ranks, assuming the role of Mailroom Supervisor in January 2021.
In her current position, Grondin’s day-to-day responsibilities revolve around overseeing the intricate processes of mail and package handling while also managing a steady stream of emails, phone calls, and the ever-present demands of a bustling mailroom. They are the glue that holds me and this department together,” she said, emphasizing the importance of fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for those who contribute to the mailroom’s success.
